Refund/Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final, whether paid for by credit card, check or cash.  In the event a patron can not attend a performance for which they have paid, and they have contacted WCJT by telephone at least 48 hours prior to the performance, every effort will be made to accommodate that patron by rescheduling to a different performance.

If a performance is cancelled by WCJT, we will attempt to reschedule the patron to a different performance at a date and time convenient to the patron.  If that is not possible, a full refund will be given to the patron.
